Windalert.com page for Lake Lanier

ryanroberts1983, a recent transplant from FL, has been kind enough, to set up a windalerts.com page for Lake Lanier: Lake Lanier on windalert.com. Check out this thread on the forums for more info.

Chris Voith, an LLSC member, also suggests the web cam on the LLSC website can be a fun way to check the wind. They also have a weather station which can be viewed on site or through weatherunderground. We aren't deeplinking the LLSC links because as much as we're bombarded by search engines, I don't want to kill their bandwidth by sending the bots to the live cam feed with a direct link.

History of Windsurfing Video

This has been out for a while now (okay, a long while but I've been living under a rock) but you may find it an interesting way to kill time if it's a slow day at work.

As alway, if you want to contribute but are overwhelmed by the editing process, use this page on the forums to make your contribution.

Meanwhile, in Brazil

For the old farts, the Stones' "Satisfaction" plays for part of the video. Just don't get weirded out when it segues to a remix.
