What's up with Publix?

Hey,

I've seen the April Issue of Windsurfing Magazine in two local Publix supermarkets this past week. What's up with that?

Don't they know a) windsurfing is a dead sport and b) you can't windsurf in Atlanta? Next, we'll be seeing beginner board packages in Costco.

Which Publix did you see the magazine in? I sent my wife out to get one and she could not find it. She looked in Publix at Barret Pkwy and a couple of others.

Patrick,

The first was the one at the corner of Piedmont and Roswell Road (in fashionable East Cobb) and the second was at the corner of Barrett Pkwy and Dallas Hwy (in not so fasionable West Cobb). Note that I've looked at each location there not long ago and found none. Must be a new thing.

hey the kroger near me in hampton carries windsport and kitesport magazines...go figure
