I plan to sail this afternoon and bring my son who is visiting from Guam. Hopefully I have enough gear so we can sail together. The wind is forecast to be strong from the SW. I wonder if Old Federal will be a better launch than Van Pugh?

What a day! Warm and Very Windy.

Good crowd, Good Fun! Sail sizes were from 4.5 to 6.0, did have a wind shadow, but once out in it, it was fairly steady, big ramps, BIG FUN.
Also, we knew Chris V was fast, now we know how fast. He clocked 33.3 mph on his GPS today riding a 5.5 Ezzy Infinity and his 120 liter Explosion.
What a day!
What about tomorrow? Anybody?
5.3 and 5.0 on Juliette, great direction, no wind shadow.
