Thursday wind?

Once again, commitment gets in the way of some good sailing as I could not get out to VP to sail. How good was it? Someone had to benefit from that strong wind yesterday. Trey

Trey - if you have not picked it up on the other threads - For me, Thursday at VP rocked. I must have sailed close to five hours, 5.8-4.5-5.8. The wind just keeps coming, day after day. Saturday is looking now also.

One of the best days I have had all year. Had to go to the islands and rest a couple of times. Didn't want to go back to the launch at VP because of the shadow. I find it easier to take my breaks on the other side of the lake. Yesterday totally powered to + powered on a 6.6

And, Chris P is right - Saturday call is 15 - 20 What more could you ask for except that the park would be empty. Watch out for crowds and boat chop.

I have dirt bike racing on Sat and Sun or I would be there too.
