Well, considering that kite surfers are risking life and limb for their sport, windsurfers should at least be willing to risk catching a cold....Come on you guys, head out to the lake, overcast and 40 or not. (I already did mine, today, however, so don't expect to see me....)
the models suggest it's a morning blow. If you don't mind getting up at the crack of dawn and sailing in overcast skies with temps around 40.
