Thurs, 12/10, ANYBODY?

It's still WINDY, anybody for 2 in a row? I plan to sail Van Pugh today. If anybody else is sailing, give me a call, I think most of the regullars cant make it today.

Pat Park and I plan to sail Van Pugh a little after lunch if the wind keeps up. Anybody else?

Gene reports that there is so much wind that it makes the tops of the waves fall over and turn white. Looking sort of like a hat or cap of some type. He opines that either a 5.2 or 6.0 meter sail would be sufficient to tame the aforementioned winds, resulting in rapid conveyance on top of the water.

He further stated that the winds today are of a same nature and strength as yesterday, though from an even more favorable direction.

What happens in a black hole stays in a black hole.

Another good day. Not as strong as yesterday but still WINDY. I rigged my 6.0, the first run was scarey, came in and flattened it out and it was good the rest of the session. The direction had a little north in it but was mainly west. It was a little chilly (low 40s) but not bad while sailing. Planed pertty much all the time (except for while jibing,) Big Ramps, BIG FUN!

TWO in a Row, and FIVE good days in the past 2 weeks! The winter season is here.
