2-4 seems to be the best time, though it might help to get there a little earlier. Five of us went to Old 41 on Sunday, which was plannable with really big stuff (9.6 and wide board) and a nice day for the longboarders as well.
Wed was hit an miss. At Galts we hae maybe 45 minutes of planning half the time. I understand from Gene that Van Pugh has 30 minutes of solid planning.

I'm not worried about jinxing it because I can't go. If I could have gone, I'd have kept my mouth shut till I got back and made up stories of being powered on the 5.7.
OK webguy - here's some chain jerking for you. Both days I reported would have been ideal for a formula board with a 10.8 sail!!! Take that!!!
