Sunday 5/06 Van Pugh Update

Almost live update, Van Pugh, Sunday, 5/06 Around 1:30.

It's blowing some but NO caps, it's from the east and overcast. Based on some forecasts, it may clear up and be sailable later this afternoon. I'm keeping an eye on it.

I went out today @ 2:30-4 and putted around. It turned out to mostly be an ambasador trip today though...

The park was active with families and my highlight was as I rode up to the beach, a kid asked, "Whats that called?"

"Windsurfer"

"Cool."

I went up to Vann's Tavern kind of late - the forecast looked pretty decent, but was real late in manifesting. Khalil was there. I sailed the superlight for a while, came back, had some eats, went out again after dark - conditions still on the light side. As soon as I broke down, the forecast wind started to blow.

I sailed the Serenity early in the day (12-2) at Tidwell. Pretty nice. There was a brief period of time around 12:45 when it was blowing, whitecaps and all. Didn't last, though.

What happens in a black hole stays in a black hole.
