The last week in Nags Head was warm with SW thermal wind in the afternoon. The sound warmed to 80F and before leaving, sailed without wetsuits. The ocean also warmed up to the upper 60's, so on a low-wind day, Ted & I enjoyed surfing the waves. Now we're back in Atlanta feeling stronger and with great memories. Here are a couple of parting shots from our epic OBX trip.
