Well, I don't know if the underlying forecast is any good, but if this thing works its pretty cool. You plug in the lattitude and longitude of the location you are interested in. Then specify your weather parameters (i.e. temp 40-90, wind 10-40 mph, ranges for precip probability, relative humidy, etc) and then it shows you the times when you criteria is met. It looks like you can put in local locations, for sure, but also it seems to work elsewhere in the SE (if not everywhere in the US). So you could probably use it for planning a trip.
