If there is still wind by around 1PM, I plan to head to Van Pugh.

Turned out to be a good day. Pretty windy at times.
We sailed 5.2-7.5 For me, 5.2 was plenty.

I agree with Randy on it being a good day. The wind on the water was steadier and stronger than the airport readings. I used a 7 meter sail, but a 6.0 would have been a better call. The water temp was 52F - not bad for January!

I sailed Allatoona on the exocet formula 8.5m sail. It was awsome from around 2 to 3:30 pm. Water caribbean blue(not orange like usual) and extremely flat.
