Last call! ACWA lake party & Starboard/Sailworks Demo- S

It's not too late to make the scene!. And...are we not amazed...the forecast for Saturday is now calling for "10 to 20mph and plentiful sunshine". (OK, that is the Weather Channel but sometimes they're right.) Last count of RSVP's is just over 50 for [u]the 2006 ACWA Spring Demo Day with Roger Jackson and His Traveling Show of Starboard/Sailworks Gear. This Saturday, March 25th. (This event also sponsored by Whitecap Windsurfing. ACWA is the Augusta-Columbia Windsurfing Association. )
Location is on Clark Hill Lake at a park 1/2 mile from the Thurmond Dam on the GA/SC border. Starting at 11:00am, going until we go home.
IF you might make it, we're keeping acount for the cookout lunch, so e-mail me at

or call 706-833-WIND.

I want to thank ACWA, Chuck, Roger and the people who organized and brought out the gear for yesterday's demo. It was a real success and even more fun!

Definitely ditto that -- thanks ACWA, Chuck and Roger! While it was not honkin, we had plenty of planable wind. So lets see -- this year I sailed the Starboard Aero, Carve 144, Hyrbid Carve, Go 155, ISonic and the F-type. Biggrin The Sailworks Hucker looks like a pretty sweet sail too. Wish we would have seen some more Atlanta sailors though!
