Been away with family for a bit and come back to find that somebody hooked up the Lanier wind to their truck and drove off in the middle of the night. Mid May is a bit early to be breaking out cat videos (which we usually do mid-summer).
I guess I should go for a bike ride and get into shape. There are those pesky long things in the garage that I've heard some use in light wind. Will go investigate perhaps if this keeps up.

It's been kind of dire here lately, with work interfering when it is windy. I'm going on a long vacation soon, but in the meantime I ended up doing my first triathlon.
Nah I just did the Dunedin triathalon. May do another one this fall.
Good for you. They are fun. I limited my discomfort to a few sprints. My wife did St. Anthony's a couple of times - she liked to do them for the experience. Not unusual for her to finish the run having made new friends along the way.
Cycling and windsurfing are an interesting intersection. Both groups spend a whole lot of time thinking about how air moves around objects.
Okay, I did it now. Dots at the end of the week just in time to see my tail lights heading up the highway.
Damn you, Weathercat. Damn you. You glorious mofos enjoy the weekend and stay safe from the Memorial Day boaters. Well, considering that, maybe being gone is a good thing.
When I wrote the tail light thing, this stuck in my teeny brain (or maybe it inspired it)
