Ben Proffitt does a hilarious recap of his Defi experience. It's wonderful he doesn't take himself too seriously and is very relatable. Also interesting that he's 80kg and looks like a shrimp next to some of the PWA guys. For all you non-cam sailors, you'll love his take on having to rig a race sail. And, at the end: "I've got to get a foil."
