Me running for cover. Robert B with the video. I eventually went back out when the wind merely was at insane levels for me. A bad day to leave the 4.0 at home. Rhett was living large on a 4.2. Alan and I hung on for dear life on 4.7s.

I am going to save this - I bet there will be many occasions that it will come handy…Such as, certain someone with a little car and home made rack finding himself at the lake without the optimum sail for the conditions and tries to figure out what’s worse - not having the optimum sail or the grief he is getting from certain someone else (And likely others) for not bringing all his quiver to the lake every time. 😉
Not naming names of course - May as well consider this a totally hypothetical scenario.

It was windy enough to stay up on a fully sheeted out 4.7.
It still amazes me how one board can work well with 4.0 to 8.0
Needless to say I don’t think anybody set any speed records this day.
Video compliments of Robert, I’m sure it was hard to shoot in those conditions.
