Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
I will preemptively answer rhe question some of you might be thinking- "do Turkish people eat turkey at Thanksgiving?':
We don't have Thanksgiving in Turkey but turkey is a traditional New Year's eve meal there. Of course we call it hindi - and in Turkey, Hindistan is India (literally translated, Hindistan in Turkish means where "hindi's" - ie. turkeys- come from).
I think there's something similar in Hebrew (about the name for turkey and the country India) but i will leave that upto Wikipedia (or wikipediaguy? :)).
Wishes for a safe Thanksgiving to all. Thanks to Randy for finding the perfect humor for the holiday.
