Now that we are past yesterday's Winter Solstice, the days will be getting longer. In six weeks or so, the sun won't be in my eyes late afternoon especially on a NW wind. I'm so, very happy! And, maybe, just maybe, it'll start getting a bit warmer then, too.

Pic I took yesterday riding out on the Silver Comet. This house is just off the trail near the Depot Bike Shop (around m. 5). It's kind of a tradition for me to take a pic of it and share it with the family. Since it gets dark early, it's easy to get a shot of it lit up even if I'm not out that late. I was hustling to get home last night as we had company over so not as dark as I would have preferred but still...
