Hallowind 2015

I know you guys were probably all too busy working on your Halloween costumes today, but it did look pretty windsurfable given big sails/and or longboards from my vantage point at Ben Franklin Park EAST (Mary Alice) 8:45-1. I did my usual (lately) SUP and kite madness and it was a pretty good day for it. Met a few SUPeeps as well. So no whining about lack of wind.....

(or were you all at Vann's, Tidwell or Van Puke Pugh? In which case nevermind......)

Watched from home. Late morning it started to look interesting but too much to do around here if it flaked out.

The garage is looking better, though, so I have that going for me.

I think the thing to do with Suppers is to sail along side them and chat and see how long it takes for them to get out of breath trying to keep up.

Just be friendly. Toss them a rope and give them a pull. Then wait for a nice tip.

These Supeeps had some pretty impressive boards. Long racers - they may be faster than me with my garbage bags in their full glory. Think a Serenity made into a SUP.

Making you regret your Chattanooga rendezvous any? Smile (Randy just sold his Serenity for those just joining the show.)

Nope. SUP on the Serenity? Been there, done that. Hard enough to keep your balance when you have a sail to hold onto.
