Galts was apparently pretty windy before I got there (around 2:30) - Eddie Broduer was on a 6.0, but it dropped off. Mimi and I were hoping for a return of the wind, so rigged smaller than we should have. (I was 7.4, Mimi 5.8 I think). As a result I sailed my longboard and had a pretty good time, and got planning some and railing quite a bit, but could have definitely used a bigger sail. Interestingly, very little boat traffic - don't know if it was because of Mother's day, or the fact that the day strarted out rainy and gloomy. Still in all, a fun day to be at the lake. From what I heard from Gene, sounds like things were about the same on Lanier.

Patrick,
Randy wrapped it up pretty well. Wasn't last Thursday wild??? Margie said you and Al went to Sweetwater, but wind direction was wrong. How did it go?
Jibes,
How was Galts today?

Sounds like you had it better at Galts.
Not a whole lot of planing went on.
