The COE (Corps of Engineers) reports annual passes are delayed but prices will not be increased. There will be a tag hanger instead of a sticker. The only change is that secondary passes will not be discounted at half price. Anybody have any more info?

I passed Allatoona lake this morning and noticed the lake level is already up near it's summer level of 840.0. The COE reports it to be at 839.0 which is still within the anticipated forecast. If we continue to see more immediate rain I expect we could be in for more short term flooding again this year since it takes a while to drain.
