I just got back from Fred Howard. My Dad lives near there and we spent Xmas with him. Sailed on the 24th, 25th, and 26th. The 24th and 25th were fantastic...15-20 winds and it 55 to 60 degrees. The entire area I sailed was shallow.
There's a guy down there from Watersports West, Gene I think is his name, and he throws a Xmas party each year with free food and demo gear...nothing like coming off the water to free food.
By the way, Gene Mathis...you're famous...I ran into a guy down there who knows you (Pat Park). He was very concerned to here about your hospitalization. As soon as I told him, he went back to his car and called to find out details about you. /Adam

Gene from Watersports West has been around a long time and is very well known. Especially if you are willing to listen to the "Mistral Prodigy is the greatest board in the word" lecture.
