I noticed that Atlanta was getting wind and 45 degrees on Tuesday. If that is the case then middle Fla will get that wind on Wed or Thursday.

I am beginning to look at travel days now:

Senerio:

Drive to middle Fla Tue or Wed Merritt or DeSoto

Sail middle Fla Wed and or Thrus

travel to Homestead Fl on Fri.

Sail Key Byscane or Virginai Key on Sat.

Travle to Cudjoe Key on Sunday.

BTW Barrett, I plan on going to Shark Valley on Friday on the Alligator Hwy. This is a state park that has a tram that travels into the everglades for 2 hours. It is located about 45 min. W of Miami.

Also, I plan on going to Everglades National Park about 30 min. W of Homestead on Sunday morning. Really nice place but it got hit by a hurricane a few years ago so it does not have much in the way of buildings etc.
