Endless Summer Classic 9/29-10/1

From our great friend, Bobby G:

It’s that Regatta Time of Year with the Endless Summer Sailboard Classic AND the Atlanta Fall Classic only 2 weeks apart. I know I’ll be heading to the Fall Classic and hope that some of you from those parts can see your way down to Shell Point from September 29-October 1. Our registration should be up shortly as will information on charters, but in the meantime please pencil us in on your calendar and watch this short presentation on the Endless Summer Sailboard Classic.

If you know little about the venue for the Atlanta Fall Classic, check this out:

Any questions please email me at

Bob Graves

Re: Endless Summer Classic 9/29-10/1

There were 43 registered sailors including 12 in the Novice group, 10 LTs, 8 in 7.5 Limited, 5 Sport, 6 Unlimited and 2 Konas.
We got in 8 races with solid ENE wind both days and longboard planing conditions once in a while.

Chris Graves won the LT division.
Ava Voss won in Sport.
Steve Campbell dominated the Limited.
Dave Stanger easily won Unlimited. (I was second).

*And first. In a fleet of 6, they did a light/heavy split. Trophies 3 deep so - Everybody’s a Winner!

Re: Endless Summer Classic 9/29-10/1

For some races we were constrained by low tide to racing out and back in the channel. This would have been doable on a foil but I only brought long and short boards Sorry 2
