Is this something new? If we subscribe, do we get notices everytime someone posts? And web vs mail?

Yeah, it's new and doesn't work yet for some unknown reason. I've been trying to debug it for about three weeks without success. There's a simpler notification module I've tested that works better but doesn't allow the subscriptions to be specific to a particular forum so I've put that on the shelf.

I'll work on it some more this week and see why it's not working. You can go ahead and subscribe. You just won't get any messages...

Dots now gone. The NOAA janitors who do the wind forecasts have changed shifts. The morning guy is more optimistic, afternoon, evening guy not so much. I would not be surprised if they are back in the am.
