Cape San Blas

Sailed 8.4 on the ocean side at Cape San Blas, planed up for about 2 hours had a blass. Seen the entire circle of life while I was out there, tons of Jelly fish, rays and small shark siting as well. I think the jelly's cant sting this time of year as I was all in them. At least I've convinced myself that anyway.

Session two.
Today with waves of tstorms the wind showed up. Once again I sailed the ocean side w/Sideoff conditions and marginal gulf type shore break (very user friendly. Still on the 8.4 so the wind snobs would be bored but still was lots of fun. Last year I sailed three days down here in July, and looks like I might be able to match last years sessions. Key is to be ready to deploy at any given time. Sea Breeze last night would have permited another sesh, but elected to go with the fam to Beachcombers for dinner.

Gene, I've found the perfect spot for a group trip to CSB. I'm staying at the Barrier Dunes which is 1000ft from the state park and right on the beach. We need to get a trip together to come down here when the rates go down in the fall or winter even.
