Pat and I have been living in a 2005 25' camper with slide out since last November - we are coming back to Atlanta towards the end of October for a couple of months for some jobs there - then will be coming back down to work. The camper is actually 15' from the waters edge - has a queen bed and bunk beds, full bath, microwave, oven/stove; full size fridge with separate freezer (large); stereo w/cd player, digital cable tv; phone hook up - (no long distance); we are approximately 20 mins from Kelly Park on Merritt Island, 90 mins to Orlando, and incredible sailing from your own beach, three overpasses over the river within 10 miles or Kelly Park - we've only had two days without wind in the past months - great considering it's summer - oh yeah - it is hurricane season tho - :). Great surfing - boogie boarding (we have the boogies here for ya), two grills you can use, outside shower, incredible sunrises and sunsets - and did I mention - WE'RE ON THE BEACH!!!! Give us a call if you would like to rent it during the time we will be in Atlanta - it's fully equipped except you will need to bring bedding; coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc - are all here. Laundry facilities directly across the street. Rent will be $400/week (includes all utilities) - and a $300 security deposit. We are directly hooked up to sewer, water and power.
