Does anyone have a carbon mast (preferrably) for a 7.5 sail? Please let me know ASAP.
Also, if anyone is going out to any of the nearby lakes next Monday, please contact me, I would like to go with someone as I have not yet been since I was gathering all the equipment until now, thats why I need the mast.

it might help for folks to know what size mast you need. Older 7.5s rigged on 490s, many newer ones on 460s.

For those of you who wanted more info, on my sail it says I need a carbon 60.500 constant flex, also fits carbon 60.480 carbon flex? Can anyone give me a clue if the Fiberspar Reflex 3000 460/25 can be used with my sail?

can it be used? probably with enough extension.
will it work okay? 95% chance it'll be way too soft. If it's calling for a 490-500, a 460 is going to be way soft.
Don't worry about the carbon content though. Get as much as you can afford up to 60-70% but if your budget only allows 30%, that's fine.

I'm still confused about the recomended mast, I assume you're saying a 500 cm or 480 cm mast with 60% carbon, if so, like william said, I wouldnt worry about the carbon content, but I would worry about the stiffness. Does it have any other numbers which hopefully would be the recomended IMCS or MCS stiffness'. I do have a 500 cm 80% carbon mast for sale, which has been discussed in detail recently (see previous post regarding mast stiffnes).
What sail is it? You may be able to find more stats on it on the web.
