I have a Basement Apartment for rent in Four Seasons on Lanier, the subdivision at the corner of McEver road and Gaines Ferry road, just one mile from Van Pugh. It has it's own entrance, windows, 1 bedroom, large living area with kitchen, study, and an additional bedroom, and yes, even a bath room. This is a Swim/Tennis community so you'll have access to the pool and courts. The one draws back is that you'll be living under me. The rent, which INCLUDES ALL UTILITES except telephone, is ONLY $650 per month. I'm hoping to rent to a single person as there is just parking for one vehicle. Renter must be NON-SMOKER and no pets.

Seriously, I do need to rent it, It's been rented for the last year but will be available July 1. My ideal tenant was laid off. It is a very nice place and where else can you live without a room-mate for a total of $650 a month which includes all utilities (except phone), and has pool and tennis courts.
So any help would be appreciated. Oh, another ideal renter would be someone who owns a Hobbie Cat.
