Wunderground is calling for a very windy day tomorrow with gusts to 50mph. I have to play tennis in the morning but hope to be on Lanier Sat afternoon. I trust I will not be alone...

Gene, you must redeem your manhood! You don't want the stigma of Bozo Island following you for the rest of your life, do ya? I better hear that you nailed a fully planing one handed foward loop in 50 mph of wind sailing your 6.0. Then you'll be everyones hero. "Gene, Gene, Gene" -- I can hear the spectators on the beach chanting your name.

I'll tell you what we are going to do. We are going to be men. We are going to suck it up and deal with the pain. We will not let it get us down. We will turn a dead skunk into a rose. We'll make it. Don't worry be happy.

As for Geno, I plan on joining him for the party at Bozo Island. Anyone else??

Chuck,
I think that was a thunderstorm. My wife reported rain as she was headed up 85 about the same time.

btw, wunderground typically reports the nws computer models (usually eta for short term which are also available here) (shameless plug)

Geno "Bozo" Mathiso did himself proud as did a few others including Chris Pyron and Dave DeLozier while the rest of us were whining about too much wind. Some folks didn't even bother getting into a wet suit - using a video camera as some sort of excuse...
