Most of the day the wind was lighter than forecasted and reported at Gilmer. Around 3 or so it picked up some on the water.
Ed the machine with a 9.5
Chris P with a 5.8.
William . Not sure but it looked 5ish
and myself with the 5.7m

It’s pretty light but I think I can get in foil with my larger gear. Windfoilers may need to wait for 1 or 2 more knots Might be 6-8k now. No white caps yet. Of course I am the first one here as usual.

Fun time today
Haizar, Langdon, Barret, & William were out. There was one bad lull for me where I couldn’t get back up on HA1125 for about 10 min. William made it worse as he circled around me on Foil!! LOL. I hit 18.9mph, my best is 19.1, so that was cool. Negative was I realizing how out of shape I am. Need my harness to take some of the strain away!! Looks
Like more wind for tomorrow and Tuesday.

It got right for me the last hour. Yep...watching Webguy run circles around you while you slog is a bit depressing. All I needed was just a little bit more wind when we first went out
Pics courtesy of Travis Maier on our FB page. btw, big props to Haizar who is getting out and about comfortably. He's come a long way in just a short period of time. Thanks to Langdon for loaning him the Superlight II which was a step above his previous ride.
For me this afternoon's conditions were perfect for my big Moses 1100 foil & 6.7m, non-cambered, orange Ezzy sail. From 2:30 - 4PM it was light, with hardly a white cap in sight, but there was enough wind to easily levitate onto the foil. After 4PM white caps appeared as the wind picked up. The water temp near shore was 58ºF.
I plan to join you Sunday.

5.4 for me
Channey rigged an 8 but was lacking one of his two booties so passed on the day.
I'd feel bad for him but he's off to Florida soon while I freeze here.
Planning on going to VP tomorrow Sunday at 11AM, if others go. Excited to hopefully see some of you again tomorrow!
I hope to get to VP before lunchtime
After lunch for me.
Sunday afternoon at VP for me. ETOA 2:30PM.
