I think we've covered scratches before but teeth?

I live and wakefoil on the Atlantic coast of Florida (united states), near Melbourne beach. Last week a friend was kiting, scared something in the water that caused him to wipeout. He said he did not hit it directly (although he has ran into sharks before head-on) but fell and quickly got his board back and launched the kite again. When he finished his session he saw and picked out many teeth from his tail wing!! Told his he needs to switch from Moses to Armstrong for the anti-shark stripes ?

Whoa!!
I could see that stab looking like a fish and it is about the right size. Might be a good idea to use orange wings and stabs.
What happens in a black hole stays in a black hole.
Poor shark. That can't taste good. I imagine it's like taking that first sip when you order unsweet iced tea and get sweet tea instead.
Randy, I never knew that sharks avoid orange. That's good to know. Armie Armstrong has said that their black-and-white stripe pattern is meant to deter sharks. Apparently there has been some research showing that the stripe pattern is effective. If I remember correctly, the theory is that sharks leave objects alone when they have that kind of stripe pattern because they can't tell if it's one object or multiple objects.
I don't know if they do or not, I just thought it wouldn't look as much like a fish.

Ah, that makes sense. Sharks seem to get bitey with foils on a somewhat regular basis. I wonder if Armstrong-style stripes and "not a fish" colors will become the industry standard.
