I found Needessential wetsuits. They have some solid reviews and a direct sale format. Their ultra 4/3 LT should do the trick without breaking the bank.

Make sure and look for a windsport specific suit. Surfing wetsuits generally are not built to block the wind when out of the water.

Hopefully you'll get it by Tuesday... Brrrr forecast.

I haven't seen any smooth skin wetsuits. What brands make windsport wetsuits?
The Needessential won't be back in stock till the middle of December so I was going to make do with what I have till then. Tuesday is look like a cold one.

I would browse all the major windsurfing and kitesurfing online stores. They will be selling suits meant for windsports. That will give you an idea of appropriate brands. Isthmus windsurfing, NB windsurfing, Big winds, Windance, Real kiteboarding, etc... I have always liked Neil Pryde suits, but Ion seems to be popular now. I’m sure there are more out there too.
Can't stress what Nitro said enough. Nylon on the outside will chill you off faster than you can imagine.
Ion, NP, O'Neill, Mystic are some names. I'm as cheap a b@stard as anyone. Just ask yourself when you are swimming in the ice bucket in February if saving that extra few bucks was worth it. Generally, the answer is no.
Allen I think that XL would be too big for me.

Ion, Bare, O’Neil, Pro limit, Neil pride,
I’m partial to Ions myself. Looks like Isthmus has a LT in this one.

American made online "windsport" retailer: http://stores.wetsuit.com/windsport-wetsuits/ They have lots of size options, too.
