Glad Old Fed was fun. We were getting shelled down at VP. Short version: Chris P and I were the last ones there totally overpowered on 5.2s. The wind line was about 200 yds off shore so we needed float to get out to the wind but once out there, the swells in the channel could be a couple feet. It should have been fun but it was a lot of work. What I wanted: 4.5 on a 90 liter board. What I had: 5.2 on a 115 liter board.
Chris V stopped by late after a foil session at LLSC - he was getting his own private shelling on a 4.5.
Also in attendance: Z, Alan, Tim. Gene and Jim considered and Jim went to OF. DW cheered. Marcos and Bruno stopped by. Trey came by in a motor boat (the pain was visible on his face, poor guy).
At least a few of us. Forecast looks like I ain't getting much done for a few days.
