Looks like the dentist's office called to remind you that you have an appointment to have your teeth cleaned.
2 pm at Dr. Van Pugh's. Both the NWS and windmapper (which did a good job on the recent easterlies) are making the call.
Subject, of course, to change.

Just another helpful hint. Don't drive to work with your windsurf board on your cartop or towing a trailer.

And, floss after rigging and before rolling up your sail.

ugh. wind forecast is holding but the chance of precip is way high. It may be that the weekend offers a better opportunity.
windmapper is optimistic about the weekend.
I think this all came about because Randy was so excited about going to Galts and doing a midnight sail with his pet ferret, bottle of Scotch and fireworks.
Could be worse - at least I don't wear a yellow hat.
Oddly enough, my daughter has a dentist appointment tomorrow so I have to give her a ride tomorrow morning. (But if it does blow, I'll still think about going to Galts after that.)

btw, the man with the yellow hat sprung for a light wind weapon. Still can't figure out what he's going to do with that little monkey.

Anybody going?
Sailing club is currently WSW @ 8kt.
Wait.. what? what does the weather report have to do with my appointment?
I'm sitting here reading this

Since I floss semi-regularly, I think I'll be able to be at VP around 3ish.
My emergency service call is happening about 1:30 at Old Fed….
If Barrett doesn't make it today, he will have the most ironic excuse.
I went to the river and wasn't impressed enough to sail. How was the lake? (BTW - thunder announced its presence not long after I left the river.)

What webguy - it sucked so bad you don't even want to post about it? The silence is deafening!

My lovely wife and jr took me out for a birthday dinner (actual date earlier this week) which is why I haven't bored you with the story of my life today.
This afternoon went to Gainesville to get some chores done and wait for the wind. Radar showed stuff still coming in from the west, though. Stopped by VP and chatted with Chris P who had done some light air sailing and was about to SUP out on his vintage Superlight. No wind.
Headed over to Casa Windsense and picked up a toy from Gene. Drove back to Atlanta in buckets of rain. Gene said David DeL. made valiant efforts to kite at Old Fed earlier to no avail.
That's all I know. Other than the man in the yellow hat is to blame. He unwrapped a new light wind toy this afternoon. After that, of course it wasn't going to blow.
btw, Randy, your name was conspicuously missing from the bottom of my card. I had saved you some cake but Sammy, our dog, was much nicer to me today so he got it instead.
Happy Birthday young fella.
Looking forward to celebrating with ya Opening Day Saturday
The dog ate your birthday card webguy. But like they always used to say in Walker County GA, its the thought that counts.
