You got your wish!!! Next time you send in your request, please specify where the wind should (or should not) blow. Our dive trip from Key West to the Dry Tortugas is postponed due to HIGH WINDS & waves from Mon., Tues. & Wed.
Ironic as the diving here is good. Calm winds and no rainfall in the last 72 hours means visibility is maybe a good 5-10 feet. Ideal for watching crappie and looking for lost objects in the muck. Peelskid is even thinking of taking dive parties in his boat since his kiteboarding charters are all postponed.
Sorry it's a tough time in the Keys. When I was there, our charter captain told us how lucky we were when we fished and 'norkeled Alligator Light. The weather was relatively light unlike the week before when it was NW 15-25 and both the fishing and snorkeling were blown out.
