Pretty cool. Calema is obviously the big draw of the year. It looks like about 70 racers in the Formula fleet
How does the scoring work? Based on the Fall Classic results it looks like they divide 1.000 by the number of fleet racers, then multiply that by the final placing to calculate the event score.
So, Chris V’s case of 6 entries in Open Longboard: 1.000 / 6 = .167.
CV in 2nd place: 2 x .167 = .333
Or, in my case of 8th out of 11 in Sport: 1.000 / 11 = .091; times 8 = .727
The final participant in each fleet would always show 1.000, and 2.000 points for all no-shows at an event. Is this right? If so, what do the 1.500's in the Formula class mean?
oops, try this one
