Photos from Monday's afternoon session at Vann's on Lake Lanier. I arrived & prepared to windsurf with strong East wind, but as I was pulling on my wetsuit, the wind dropped, so I converted to foiling with my 120L board & 6.7m sail. Then Haizar (WS), David (Kite), Richard (wing), Al (wing) & later a new-to-me kiter arrived. Around 5PM the wind ramped back up, resulting in a great late session.
Gene reported that he and Z sailed from 4 - 5PM at Van Pugh.
Excellent pics, Barrett. Glad you all got out. I was able to sneak out late Sunday and get some miles in from the LLSC and saw (and chatted with) Al out from Vanns. It was really a breezy weekend although Sunday was nippy. Surprised that more weren't out - especially considering the good turnout yesterday.
I'll let you know if I can go
Iām gonna try to wingfoil 12:30 - 2:30pm , so I can leave by 3:30pm
I'm seriously thinking of going early - like 8 am. I will update my plans a little later this eve...
Unfortunately, I've got a kid with a fever this morning and will not be able to make it Sorry for the inconvenience, Barrett
I now plan to sail at Vanns about 2PM. Haizar will join me there 2 - 3PM.
Vanns live. Side onshore, solid whitecaps.

Anyone at Allatoona tomorrow?
