On the water 12:00-3:30.  Fairly steady 15 mph from the East swinging to the South East.  Planning ~50% of the time on an F2 Phoenix 320 with a 6.5.  

Several shore to shore runs totally planned up.  One particularly magical one with both feet in the straps that just felt like the entire universe was in alignment, with everything in perfect harmony, and almost effortless.

After 2:00 the wind shifted SE and became gusty and began to die down.  Also noted quite a bit of boat traffic, including Atlanta Yacht Club racing.  The guard shack is now attended and charging $3.00 admission, or you can buy the annual pass for $25.00.
