Note that there is some variation between the riders. The slow motion helps get a better understanding of the motion and what's going on. Since many videos posted before were with big sails, this should help with the sails most of us are using. Winds 12-15 knots (13-18 mph) for most of this.

I see that circular motion Britt was talking about - it's more of a small sail thing though according to those much better than us.
