I've been to Wyoming a bunch of times and there are a few people living there. I think they are now outnumbered by wind turbines though.
BTW - a few years back one of the windsurfing magazines ran a story by Kevin Pritchard about his trip to Wyoming and the epic sailing conditions there. He might have been the first person to ever windsurf in Wyoming. He will probably go down in history along with Jacques Wyoming, the French explorer who first discovered the state.
