You set the print size too big, the page cuts off the top of your design and the guy builds your board anyway. I think I saw this Patrik board at the Home Depot.

Edit, edit: First, baby got back - the 91cm wide version is 195 l. and the 100cm is 225 l.. Both about 221cm long. Second, I think one function of the very square nose is to help almost plane through tacks. The designer said something about managing airflow in one of his videos, too.
