Mentions saturated ground - could be they are worried about trees falling over if it is not due to too high water level. If WB is too high - why wouldn't some of the other parks be as well?

Just speculating - either bank erosion or trees that have come down or are dangerously leaning. Can't get heavy machinery in without tearing things up.

Drove by there today to see what was going on. Snapped a pic with my phone (it's an older model so it takes oil paintings)

Makes sense to me. I knew the sea levels were supposed to start rising, but I didn't think it would start in Atlanta.
