Geez, I am the guy coming up from FL!! You’re suppose to be dragging me out in these 40 degree temps. It seems like there’s a little wind this morning. Is Vanns the closest possibility for us Northern Perimeter foilers? Anybody thinking about it? Add some mileage to your 2020 stats!! I see 10k winds with higher gusts. Please, anybody, somebody, let’s get flying!!! Or we could stay home by the fire ?.

Tidwell is actually about 3-4 minutes closer. Exit at PIlgrim Mill and drive until you hit the lake. Downside is you have to launch from the boat launch and immediately work upwind. Also, move the car out of the trailer parking slots. Vann's imho, is more scenic but both are good.
I just finished a couple hr session at Vans. Went there early am; sorry didn’t see this until after done. Pretty good wind and didn’t feel that chilly really - but again, with my dry suit, I don’t really get cold except for finger tips.

Darn it!! I knew I should have gone. Now we wait for Sunday?
Fri is a possibility, depending on rain. Sat used to look decent and not so at the moment but keeps changing; maybe...
