I think William's got better technique than I have for pumping up onto the foil (plus I'm just lazier). But I read somewhere that foiling is really weight sensitive for early flying, and that seems to fit with William and me. We have similar sized wings and even with him on a size (or 2) smaller sail, we get flying about the same time. So, I'm thinking you'd be going in under 10 knots, no problem.
