Saturday, another cold front day. The kind of day WE SHOULD HAVE HAD LAST OCTOBER.
I think it did this in '98. We sailed shortboards well into June but it was a pretty cool (as in temps) May.

Sorry, but I'll take this coming Saturday over last October anytime. (Unless you know something about time travel. - BTW - time travel would revolutionize this sport, wouldn't it? Perhaps that is the "hypersonic" board Starboard keeps hinting about.)

Why is everyone bashing last October ??? As I remeber, the best day of this whole season was in October, warm water, cool air and 4.5 wind (at least for me)! Does look good for Saturday though!
I hate to bust your bubble but the reliable Weather Channel has down graded the Saturday focast from NW 25 to 35 and higher gust to NW 10 - 15. They will probably change it again at 11 am to NW 3 - 4 and raining frogs. Go Figure. At least the throttle on my Honda is reliable.

You're right. The first two week of Oct were good then it shut off till December.
