Hi All
I am back in ATL after a couple weeks in Vero. Wind was marginal down there. 2 decent days with smaller gear but mostly sub 10k days with small swell. Hoping my luck changes Thursday and/or Saturday. Thoughts! Regatta the following weekend.

Watching Thursday
Looks like early Saturday, 7-11am might be good. I have been told the warm air usually kills the fun. I will take what I can get. I keep thinking about an 8M Strike and the Armstrong HA1525 for those sub 10k days. Expensive luxury to chase a small window but there’s lots of light air days!
Thursday looks like maybe a bit of precip? Saturday morning looks like classic morning easterly peaking from 10-11:30 am. That's not too bad as it means getting out before the traffic.
btw, the lake looked quieter than usual over the Memorial Day weekend.
Spend the money for the conditions you see most. If you get a lot of light days, it's worth it.
Forecast seems to be holding for tomorrow. I will probably arrive at VP around 11:30am or so. If there are any new Wingers out there or anybody who wants to demo my gear, just let me know. The 7m CWC Strike is a great light wind Wing; my Orange Wing I use a lot.
75L Armstrong is surprisingly easy to use and I have several Armstrong foils & tails if interested.

+1
Hmmmm, Forecast got a little lighter. I am still going to give it a shot. 11-2:00? Storms later. Thoughts

I’m watching the wind and traffic
Looks like a late evening breeze.
Probably a bit later for me but willing to try
Around 2 for me
It blew nicely for a while. Neil, Alan, Mike and me. Robert and Jim stopped by and chatted. We bailed a bit early before the rain coming in.
Water is pleasant
