So sorry to hear Atlanta has been in the doldrums.
We're still in Erie, PA and after a windless week a cold front blew through. It was a perfect 6.0m day with side-shore wind. I headed out thinking I would try Beach 11 where the launch is easy and waves roll in from the Lake. However, the beach road was closed due to teenagers drag racing in the early AM, and hitting a tree. So I launched at “Turtle Point” on the Bay and was soon joined by another windsurfer “John" with the same gear. A third guy sailed with us from a different launch. It was a great time with nice rollers and water and air temp in the low 60's.
I hope this front makes it's way down south to Lanier so you guys get some much-deserved time on the water.

Well, it's about 25 degrees warmer here and everyone has put their neoprene away. So, we have that going for us.
The forecast for the upcoming week has nothing above 8ish. The Great Wind Drought of Spring 2015 continues.
