Summer Fun?

Hey,

What’s a Reggae Regatta?

And

Has a specific date been made for the Summer Clinic Session II (I need to learn carve jibing)?

The Reggae Regatta is an annual race held by LLSC. It's pretty big. I believe there is a sailboard fleet. It's also reknown for the party.

We've been talking about the LTWS clinic, but haven't synced up a date. Looks like it'll be no sooner than July. It'll be an agenda item for the June meeting.

Speaking of the Reggae Regatta, what is required to make a fleet? (I seem to recall from a LLSC Halloween Race a few years ago it was 4). I ask because perhaps we could get a START fleet together (or maybe us START guys could just sail in a sailboard fleet?).

I just had a great idea. Why not have the LTWD on July 4th weekend. Yea, that's a good idea. Everyone will be off from work and everyone can come. Yea, July 4th and fireworks too. Nothing could be better. What do you say???

On the clinic, dates that work best for Whitecap Windsurfing to be there is around July 27th weekend. But, I'll try to make it with all my teaching gear at any time.
