I found a Sentinel Gale Force board that looks new at a Play it Again Sports store. It does have the foot straps already on the board ... but does not have the mast base or tail fin. Does anyone know what type of fin it may use ? The mast track looks like it will accept a base that I already have. ANY help ?

That board must be old (by windsurfing standards)! I knew someone who had a 9'6" Sentinel board that I believe was a '90 or '91 model. He never sailed it. It just sat in his garage (I think he picked it up at a garage sale). Honestly, a '91 slalom board in mint condition is probably worth at most $50 bucks.
Does found mean you bought it, or merely spotted it?
I know nothing of the board but chances are (if you aren't extremely cursed) that it will take an A (American) - base fin and if not that, an E (Euro) box. They are extremely similar, the E-box just being about 1/4" inch deeper.
Thanks for the information Chris and Webguy , I did not buy the board yet. They have a price of $ 99 on it ... but I was thinking that I would see if I could locate a fin for it before I made an offer.
