NWS showing dots all day. See you up there around lunch. Should be a good day for test flights. Wink

Test flights? Care to elaborate on that?

Rebuilt Formula. Turned out to be a bit gusty and with the back strap all the way out, one needs to commit to be powered up or it rounds up in a heart beat. Decided after a few runs to go to an easier to control board in the conditions. 90cm wide in the back is wide. It did crank upwind, though. It's a bit thin over all but definitely all the area in the nose helps it through a tack. I did take off the back straps so ready for another go at it tomorrow.

My I99 made its maiden flight coupled with the 5.7 Lift.
After switching from B to C position I really liked it a lot . Took a bit of getting use to popping up on the foil so quickly.
Very maneuverable and pumpable but definitely (and understandably) not as quick as the I76.

Looking forward to trying the 8.2m with it

Quite a change from the board you started with William. Nice work! I see what you did with the F logo..... Yes 3 BTW - they are forecasting gusts up to 30 tomorrow....

Thanks, Randy. Even if it craps out, it was a super learning experience. Pretty happy with how it turned out although non skid and pads could have been better. Oh well. Next time Smile
